At Hunter Primary Care we are here to help with general health and wellbeing needs. We can provide occupational therapy, dietitian support, exercise physiology, management of long-term illnesses and after-hours medical advice when your GP is closed.
ACE: Aged Care Emergency Service
The Aged Care Emergency (ACE) service provides triage, consultancy, clinical support, and advice for Residential Aged Care Facility staff, so that care for residents can be delivered in the facility where appropriate, and transfer to hospital is avoided.
