The Aged Care Nursing Clinical Placement team from HPC's Aged Care Services have had a flurry of student registrations ready for Semester 1 placements with aged care hosts eagerly accepting students into their teams.

One of the students who has now completed their placement at Stroud Community Lodge was so well accepted they were offered a full-time position for as soon as their registration comes through at the end of this month.  They have accepted this offer and are currently in the process of relocating to their new rural home.

The program now has 65 aged care sites to choose from to place students, with more on the way and 26 clinical facilitators ready to support students.  The team are always happy to accept new registrations from nursing students, aged care hosts and clinical facilitators wanting to make a difference.
