Helping you to address and manage mild and moderate misuse of alcohol and other drugs

MindReach is a free service that can help you build skills to manage your drinking or cannabis/drug misuse. We can also address any co-existing mental health concerns, such as anxiety or depression.

MindReach is a phone supported program, which is delivered in a series of workbooks. You will receive regular phone support to work through the modules. If at any stage you require more support, you can be transferred to one our experienced psychologists for face-to-face therapy.

How can MindReach help?

  • MindReach can help you to manage your drinking or cannabis/drug misuse;
  • Assist you to manage any co-existing mental health symptoms;
  • Reduce your barriers to accessing support, such as feeling embarrassed, being time poor, or difficulties with travel;
  • Provide you with flexibility in how you can access support.

How do I access MindReach?

You may self-refer to MindReach, or your GP can make a referral. Once we receive your referral, a clinician will contact you to discuss MindReach. If the service matches your needs, we will send you a welcome letter with a phone appointment time, and modules of the MindReach workbook.
