Georgia is a dedicated Lead NDIS Support Coordinator whose primary focus is on building a strong and knowledgeable team that excels in empowering clients, enhancing their capacity and advocating for their choice and control. Georgia is passionate about supporting clients to lead meaningful lives where they are well-supported and have autonomy over their daily activities.
Georgia gained valuable experience working with children and adolescents in residential care settings and adults with autism in Supported Independent Living for almost two years. Her firsthand experience in these roles has provided her with valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by individuals with diverse needs.
In 2023, Georgia completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science, demonstrating her commitment to continuous personal and professional growth. She intends to further her education in psychology, reflecting her dedication to enhancing her skills and knowledge to better serve our clients.
Outside of work, Georgia finds joy in being social with friends, immersing herself in the beauty of nature, and spending quality time with her beloved dog, Bruno.
