Rachael is a Provisional Psychologist and is currently finalising the completion of her Master of Clinical Psychology degree. She has worked in a wide array of settings, including a perinatal women's clinic, university counselling centre, community mental health for older persons, private practice and a non-profit organisation for youth mental health. Rachael welcomes working with clients of all genders, sexualities and cultural backgrounds.

Rachael has an immense passion for helping people achieve their full potential. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to clients and helping them achieve their goals and live happier, healthier lives. She also believes in taking a holistic approach to therapy that addresses not only a client's symptoms but also the underlying causes of their distress.

Rachael works from a strengths-based approach, utilising Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Supportive Psychotherapy.

Rachael provides psychological services at the Warabrook office two days per week.
