At GP Access After Hours, we set high standards for ourselves and work to deliver services that meet the needs of our patients, and we welcome feedback that lets us know how we are doing. Every two to three years we undertake a survey of patient experience.
The results from these surveys are used to create an action plan to address feedback provided and ensure continuous improvement where necessary.
The latest survey was in May 2022, and you can view the results for each of our clinics below. We are currently working on an action plan to address this feedback. We hope to have the plan finalised by the end of July 2022, and will share it with the community when it is available.
