Exercise Right Week runs from 20th - 26th May.

This year, the theme is Just Move!  Just moving for 30 minutes a day can make a world of difference to your health and wellbeing.

Exercise Right Week is an annual campaign promoted by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) to inspire all Australians to be healthier, more active and understand how to exercise right, especially those living with chronic conditions, illness and injury.
