Hunter Primary Care is pleased to invite local NDIS providers to NDIS Link Up, a relaxed community meet-up designed to strengthen collaboration across our region.
As our sector continues to evolve, connection and shared learning are more important than ever. NDIS Link Up creates space for providers to come together, exchange ideas and build stronger support pathways for people with disability in our community.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore practical, evidence-based approaches to lifestyle medicine and hear real-world insights from members of our multidisciplinary team.
