Offering therapeutic supports for NDIS participants

Hunter Primary Care provides therapeutic supports to eligible NDIS participants. Our NDIS-funded capacity building supports are provided by a dedicated team of psychologists, social workers and counsellors.

Our services are funded under the following supports:

  • Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living
  • Core - Assistance with Daily Life.

We support NDIS participants to develop goals and interests to increase motivation, increase confidence, increase social connectedness, manage emotions and anger and improve relationships.

Our practitioners have a range of training and experience working with NDIS participants in order to increase independence, improving daily functioning, skills and capacity building to work towards achieving their goals. They work collaboratively with you and your support team, including carers, GPs, specialists, support workers and other service providers, to ensure you’re getting the best possible care.

We provide services face-to-face from our Warabrook or Maitland offices, or via telehealth.
