Blessing Matore is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data strategy and enterprise systems management. He is passionate about enabling secure, modern and reliable technology foundations that strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes for clients and communities.
Blessing has worked across a range of technology leadership roles spanning IT operations, software engineering, cloud platforms and information security. Prior to joining Hunter Primary Care, he held senior technology positions across both the not-for-profit and private sectors, leading cross-functional teams responsible for infrastructure, application delivery, cybersecurity uplift and large-scale technology transformation.
At Hunter Primary Care, Blessing leads the Information Technology function and is responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across IT, Data and AI. He works closely with the Leadership Team to strengthen cyber resilience, modernise digital platforms and build the organisation’s data capability to enable improved reporting, decision-making and future innovation through AI-enabled solutions
