Lesley is a Clinical Counsellor and member of the Australian Counselling Association.
Lesley enjoys helping clients address difficulties with depression, anxiety, suicide and self-harm and substance use. Lesley’s counselling style is warm and collaborative, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT and ACT to support and empower others to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Lesley views counselling as a lifelong learning journey and maintains a strong interest in trauma-focused therapeutic approaches.
Lesley works at Hunter Primary Care four days per week between Warabrook, Jewells and Raymond Terrace.
