Nic brings extensive expertise in employee relations, industrial relations, workforce strategy and leadership development. Her career has included senior roles at ConnectAbility Australia, Lifestyle Solutions, NBN Television and Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours, an international company where she led multiple HR initiatives and guided teams through complex organisational change. Known for her pragmatic and people-centred approach, she has a strong record of fostering engagement, inclusion and high performance.
