Bec Nichols is an experienced mental health clinician and leader with over 20 years in acute mental healthcare, spanning both adult and child/adolescent services.  She has held senior leadership roles in the Local Health District before transitioning to the primary care sector at Hunter Primary Care. This diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and intersections across different parts of the mental health system, driving her commitment to service innovation and strategic improvement.
