Elected November 2015 and re-elected November 2017, Jennifer is Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee. Jennifer is a Certified Practising Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with over 20 years’ experience working in senior roles for national and international organisations.
Jennifer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Hunter Water Corporation, is Chair of Cessnock City Council Audit and Risk Committee, Board Member of Newcastle Grammar School and is Co-Founder of community organisation City2City Community Foundation.
Jennifer formerly held positions as a Member of University Council, Charles Sturt University, and with Mars Incorporated as Finance Director Central Europe and Group Financial Controller Australia/New Zealand.
