Kirsty was appointed to the Board and the Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee in November 2025, having previously served as an external member of the Committee from 2016 to 2024.
Kirsty has been a Partner at Pitcher Partners Newcastle and Hunter (PPNH) for more than 20 years and is also a member of the PPNH Board. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle, is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Kirsty has a strong interest in risk and governance and also contributes her expertise as a committee member of the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.
