Natasja is a Clinical Psychology Registrar and has worked with clients across the lifespan from childhood, through adolescence to adulthood.  She has helped clients address difficulties with depression and anxiety, suicide and self-harm, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance use, relationship difficulties and parenting.  She has a particular interest in and experience working with clients with pain conditions and chronic health difficulties.

Natasja has a strengths-based, collaborative approach with all clients using a range of therapies: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and pain psychoeducation.  She is a warm and client-centred psychologist who facilitates clients' own capacity for growth and connection when moving towards their therapeutic goals.
