Elected in March 2026, Rhod is a Director of the Board, a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and working groups.
Rhod is Managing Director of Ellis Jones, an Australian consultancy providing research, strategy, design, and communication services, nationally, since 2008.
He is a leading Australian expert on shared value business strategy (helping organisations to achieve sustainable economic, social and environmental value) and behaviour change (guiding workforces, customers, and communities to adapt to changes in policy, strategy, and services; or to reduce potential for harm).
Rhod has worked across the health and care continuum for 20 years, including advising private, not-for-profit and public (government) clients in primary care, tertiary (hospital) care, aged care, and disability services.
