Suga is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist who earned her Master's in Professional Psychology at the University of Newcastle.

Suga brings valuable experience to her work, having provided support to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, adults, and the elderly. She has diligently worked in addressing a spectrum of issues, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, trauma, sleep problems, and grief and loss.

Utilising a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, Suga employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor her care to individual needs.

When not in the therapy room, Suga maintains a diverse range of interests and activities. These include tennis, music appreciation, video gaming, virtual reality experiences, manga, and anime.
