Jacqui is a Senior Clinical Psychologist, holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychologists Association (ACPA).
She has worked in community health, mental health, and private practice settings for the past 20 years.
Jacqui is a Board Approved Supervisor for students undertaking the Master of Clinical Psychology program and psychologists completing their registrar program.
She has also worked as a Clinical Supervisor at The University of Newcastle Psychology Clinic.
Jacqui works with adults and children and has a particular interest in behaviour change, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as self-harm and substance use issues.
Jacqui takes a client centred approach, using a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Jacqui’s research areas include anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients.
