Let's Move Together

Hunter Primary Care offers a person-centered approach to health and fitness through our NDIS group program, Let’s Move Together. Our program is hosted by our trauma-informed exercise physiologist at our onsite gym, To-ròl, in Warabrook NSW.

Our group gym sessions are supervised by our exercise physiologist to ensure your safety.  Our exercise physiologist will support you to optimise the use of equipment.  All gym sessions are tailored to your unique needs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and enhance confidence. Our 6 week program combines movement with connection and focuses on enhancing your physical function, social skills and overall wellbeing.

Enjoy social connection and community in a group setting

"Group programs provide a unique opportunity for social connection, physical activity, and personal growth. As an exercise physiologist, I've seen firsthand how these programs can improve health and fitness but also boost confidence, foster independence, and create a sense of belonging. Working together in a supportive group setting allows participants to overcome challenges they may face individually and encourages them to push their boundaries in a safe and inclusive environment."

- Georgia Amess, Exercise Physiologist
