Rachael is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle. She brings extensive experience across the lifespan, having worked in both private clinics and community health settings. She warmly welcomes clients from all backgrounds and is dedicated to empowering them through a strengths-based and collaborative approach.
Rachael utilises a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and supportive psychotherapy. These methods enable her to effectively assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
In addition to her professional skills, Rachael is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing her to cater to a broader clientele.
Rachael provides psychological services at the Warabrook office three days per week.
