To celebrate headspace day, headspace Newcastle has launched its 4th annual calendar comprised of art from young creatives in the region.  The theme of this years’ calendar is ‘LOVE‘.

The calendar is created by young people for young people, focusing on artwork and tools to help a young person to reconnect to the things they LOVE.

Artists are encouraged to submit artworks on the theme of LOVE in jpg, png and pdf formats.  And when we talk about LOVE, it's not just romantic. Love can be a love of a place, a food, a pet, a song etc

All published artists will be paid and there are a major prizes of $200, $150 and $100 judged by the headspace Newcastle Youth Reference Group.

“Each year it's been amazing to have so many talented artists submit for the calendar.  It will be a showcase of the amazing talent we have in the region and be filled with tips and tricks on how to reconnect to our passions ...... because young or old, we all need reminding of the things that makes us feel good.”

Katie Unwin, headspace Newcastle Youth Reference Group Member

The headspace Newcastle calendar will be revealed on October the 2nd and be distributed throughout the remainder of 2025 accompanied by healthy headspace packs.
