Emma is a Registered Psychologist at Hunter Primary Care with a strong commitment to providing a supportive, non-judgemental space where people feel safe to explore their experiences, bringing a genuine warmth and curiosity about what has shaped each person’s story.

Emma supports adults with concerns including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, relationship difficulties, trauma, and alcohol and other drug use. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, Emma tailors sessions to fit the person and their goals. Her focus is on helping people understand patterns that keep them stuck, strengthen self-compassion and agency, and develop skills that support the life they want to live.
