National Reconciliation Week (NRW) runs each year from the 27th May - 3rd June to commemorate two significant milestones in the reconciliation journey; the successful 1967 referendum, and the High Court Mabo decision respectively.

On Monday, 3rd June and Tuesday, 4th June, we celebrated National Reconciliation Week (NRW) with special guests, Milan Dhiiyaan, hosting immersive and educational workshops ‘Barrawimambinya – Coming into Country Proper Way’, providing our staff with a fresh understanding of the true meaning of ‘Welcome to Country’ and ‘Acknowledgement of Country’.  You can learn more about Milan Dhiiyaan here.

An amazing lunch was provided by Blackseed Catering, who share in the timeless tradition of celebrating culture through food.  You can learn more about Blackseed Catering here.
