Hunter Primary Care are partnering with Uniting NDIS Local Area Coordinators to host NDIS Connection Days at our Warabrook office.

This is an opportunity to speak with an industry expert about any of your NDIS or disability related questions, to assist you with:

  • Learning more about the NDIS and how to apply
  • Understanding what options are available to you if you do not meet the NDIS eligibility access criteria
  • Discovering how to use your NDIS plan to its full potential

Our NDIS Connection Days will be held every Wednesday from 10am-12noon at our Warabrook office,  7 Warabrook Boulevard, Warabrook.
