Cass is an experienced behaviour support practitioner with strong expertise in supporting children, young people and adults with complex mental health needs, disability and behaviours of concern. She develops practical, person-centred and evidence-informed behaviour support plans that are tailored to each person’s strengths, needs and environment.

Cass holds a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Community Welfare and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis. As a specialist behaviour support practitioner, she uses her clinical knowledge and leadership experience to mentor her team, support practitioner development and strengthen outcomes for the individuals they work with.
