Prior to working with Hunter Primary Care, Michelle worked in supported independent living as a Mental Health Support Worker.  She has also worked as a Care Worker in out of home care with youth and people living with a disability, a Research Assistant/Case Manager, an Intensive Family Support Worker and Supervised Contact Worker.

Michelle holds qualifications in crisis support, a Diploma of Counselling, Diploma of Case Management (Community Services) and a Certificate IV in Mental Health.

Michelle’s favourite aspect of her job is the variety of work.  Every day presents her with a different challenge which develops her problem-solving skills and organisational skills.  She enjoys collaborating with her team and working towards a common goal.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys going to speedway, playing board games with her family and spending time with her dogs.
