Zac is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner with a double degree in Psychology and Criminology and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis. He supports children and adults with intellectual disability, autism, epilepsy, and complex behavioural needs through evidence based assessment, positive behaviour support, and trauma informed practice.

Zac combines strong behavioural expertise with a broader understanding of the patterns and environments that shape wellbeing. His approach integrates practical, person centred strategies that fit naturally into someone’s daily life. He works collaboratively with families, schools, and services to build team capacity and provide clear, sustainable support that enhances quality of life for the person.

In his spare time, Zac loves being with his wife and little girl, his dogs, in the garden and kitchen.
