Bernard is a Clinical Psychologist who has been working at Hunter Primary Care Psychology Services since 2007. Currently Bernard works one day a week with Hunter Primary Care.
Bernard works with a range of modalities of therapy depending on the needs of his patient. His doctoral work was in relation the Conversational Model, a psychodynamic treatment. Bernard has worked for a decade supervising Clinical Masters students in paediatric assessment and treatments and enjoys working in this area. He also supervises Clinical psychologists in cognitive behaviour and psychodynamic modalities.
Bernard’s practice includes treatment for pain presentations, sleep disturbances, and relationship issues as well as treatments for low mood and anxiety.
Bernard works with children and adults.
